The bill (Reg. No. 8217) "corrects
the legal deficiency in part of definition of the rights and obligations of the
economic entities tax payers, and the bodies in charge of supervision over
the observance of legislation by the economic entities, the control over which
is imposed on the tax service."
The Committee members expressed their motions concerning pumping up the budget at the expense of excise duty with the funds for construction of the local roads in view of abolition of the tax on the owners of vehicles.
